Events / Research Coordinator

PureLogics is seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and resourceful Partnerships & Events Specialist to amplify our global presence, particularly in the Healthcare and AI industries. This role plays a pivotal part in identifying strategic growth opportunities, building meaningful industry relationships, and ensuring PureLogics is represented at key events, conferences, and platforms across the international landscape.

Responsibilities: Events & Exhibitions

• Research, maintain, and update the Events & Exhibitions Schedule weekly using predefined sources and independent research.
• Ensure timely registration and participation in relevant healthcare, tech, and AI events—no opportunity should be missed.
• Manage logistics and maintain a comprehensive checklist for attending or exhibiting at global events.

Partnerships & Relationship Building

• Proactively identify partnership opportunities with vendors, platforms, and communities aligned with our strategic goals.
• Represent PureLogics through participation in B2B expos, webinars, podcasts, and local meetups.
• Host or co-host coffee meetups or community gatherings in key global markets.

Industry Recognition & Awards

• Identify relevant industry awards such as HealthTech Innovation Awards and 1st Klass Awards.
• Build and manage a quarterly awards roadmap to ensure PureLogics is consistently nominated and recognized.

Strategic Decision-Making

• Perform ROI analysis on all events and exhibitions, weighing visibility, cost, lead generation, and partnership potential.
• Recommend whether to attend, sponsor, exhibit, or skip based on strategic ROI.

Brand Engagement & Content Collaboration

• Coordinate with the tech and marketing teams to plan and host webinars on healthcare and AI topics.
• Line up PureLogics leadership for speaking opportunities on podcasts and panels relevant to our verticals.

Vendor & Platform Onboarding

• Identify and register PureLogics on high-impact vendor and lead generation platforms each month to expand global reach.

Required Skills:

• 1–2 years of experience in business networking, partnerships, events, or community roles (preferably in tech or B2B).
• Strong understanding of the healthcare, AI, or enterprise software landscape.
• Experience using event platforms, CRM systems, and community engagement tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented, proactive mindset.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Background in public relations or strategic marketing.
• Experience hosting or participating in webinars, podcasts, or public speaking engagements.
• Familiarity with industry-specific networking platforms and recognition programs.
