Recruitment Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to lead our international recruitment initiatives and drive business development efforts with U.S. clients. This is a unique hybrid role that combines deep talent acquisition expertise with strategic client engagement. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and sourcing top-tier talent for global placements.

Responsibilities:

Identify and build relationships with new U.S.-based clients looking for international staffing or recruitment services
Develop and execute business development strategies to meet revenue goals
Collaborate with internal sourcing and recruitment teams to deliver qualified candidates to clients
Conduct discovery calls, understand client hiring needs, and propose tailored recruitment solutions
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for international roles across tech and non-tech domains
Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
Negotiate terms and contracts in collaboration with leadership
Stay updated with global hiring trends, market shifts, and recruitment best practices

Requirements:

Proven experience in recruitment and business development
Strong understanding of the U.S. recruitment market and global talent landscape
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Familiarity with recruitment tools, CRMs, and sourcing platforms
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with offshore/nearshore talent delivery models
Prior experience in IT services or staffing agencies
A strong network of U.S.-based clients or hiring managers
