Solutions Architect

Pure Logics is looking for an experienced Solutions Architect.

As Solution Architect, he will play a crucial role in overseeing the technical aspects of our projects while ensuring the delivery of robust software solutions. He will be responsible for evaluating software architecture, providing technical guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages the growth and development of our engineering team. 

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate Software Architecture: Conduct in-depth assessments of software architecture, ensuring it meets industry standards and best practices. Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
• Provide Robust Software Solutions: Lead the engineering team in designing and implementing high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions that align with project requirements and timeliness
• Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities, effectively identifying challenges and finding creative and practical solutions. Encourage a problem-solving mindset within the engineering team to address complex technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent Client Communication: Interact with clients to understand their technical needs, explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Strong Technical Acumen: Possess a deep understanding of various technologies, programming languages, and development methodologies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, incorporating relevant technologies into projects.
• Code Troubleshooting and Auditing: Analyse and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing guidance and support to the development team. Conduct regular code audits to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Technical Training and Skill Development: Mentor and train team members to enhance their technical skills and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Strong Architectural Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in architecting software systems across different tech stacks. Leverage your experience to guide the team in making informed decisions about the architecture of projects.

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a solid track record of building and delivering complex software projects.
• Previous experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring engineering teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and team members.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with multiple tech stacks and the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and optimize software architecture for performance, scalability, and security.
