Recovery Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recovery Executive to join our team for a 3-month contract. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business, preferably with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in financial recovery and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Contacting and following up with clients/customers to recover outstanding payments.
Negotiating with clients to secure payments within the due timelines.
Maintaining accurate records of all communications and recovery actions.
Preparing and sending reminders and recovery notices to clients.
Ensuring recovery targets are met while maintaining customer relationships.
Assisting in the preparation of reports related to recovery activities.
Providing feedback and suggestions to improve the recovery process.

Key Requirements:

Education: Minimum graduation in Business or a related field.

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in collections, recovery, or finance.

Skills:

Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
