GM Engineering

The General Manager of Engineering at Qarshi Industries Pvt Ltd. is responsible for overseeing all engineering operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a solid foundation in project management and leadership. The GM will drive innovation and ensure that engineering processes align with the companys goals With a focus on process optimization, this individual will seek to enhance productivity, streamline operations, and deploy advanced technologies such as SAP S4 Hana to achieve business objectives and maintain competitive advantage in the market. Additionally, the GM will be tasked with developing and executing strategies that minimize risks while promoting a robust engineering culture within the organization.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction to the engineering department, ensuring alignment with company mission and strategic plans.
Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with production goals and business objectives.
Oversee engineering projects from planning to execution, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Manage project resources and budgets effectively, lead and mentor the engineering team, fostering innovation and professional growth.
Implement best practices and technologies for streamlined operations, optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in engineering practices.
Manage the engineering budget and oversee procurement of tools and materials.
Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and R&D to integrate engineering solutions.
Masters degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical) or related field.
Minimum 10 Years of experience in the engineering sector with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
35-45 Years of age.
