Network Maintenance and Monitoring:
- Monitor network performance to ensure optimal functioning.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on network hardware and software.
- Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, VPNs, and other protective measures.
- Manage overall IT infrastructure including CCTV's in proper working.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of configurations, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
- Prepare reports on network performance and system health.
User Support:
- Provide technical support to end-users for connectivity issues.
- Train staff on basic network troubleshooting and relevant software for best practices.
E commerce
- Manage and responsible all online and e-commerce activities including online sale department.
