Network Maintenance and Monitoring:
- Monitor network performance to ensure optimal functioning.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on network hardware and software.
- Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, VPNs, and other protective measures including servers.
- Integrating branches and head office through networking.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Respond promptly to network outages and minimize downtime.
Installation and Configuration:
- Set up and configure routers, switches, Servers and other network devices including cloud system.
- Installation of CCTV camera, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Assist with the integration of new technologies into existing infrastructure and collaborate with 3rd party vendors.
User Support:
- Provide technical support to end-users for connectivity issues.
- Train staff on basic network troubleshooting and relevant software for best practices.
