We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our healthcare recruitment services across the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, client relationship management, and a deep understanding of healthcare staffing. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to the agency’s success.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the healthcare sector, including NHS Trusts, private hospitals, care homes, and domiciliary care providers.
  • Develop and execute a business growth strategy to meet revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure contracts.
  • Ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction to maintain long-term partnerships.
