We are a growing e-commerce brand looking for a skilled E-commerce Marketplace Specialist to manage and optimize our online presence across Amazon, eBay, and other marketplace platforms. This is a remote/work-from-home position, offering an opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced digital retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Amazon & eBay Store Management – Oversee and optimize seller accounts to drive growth and maximize profitability.
- Product Research & Listing – Identify high-demand, high-margin products and create compelling, SEO-optimized listings.
- PPC Campaign Management – Develop, monitor, and optimize Amazon and eBay PPC campaigns to increase sales and ROI.
- Inventory & Order Management – Track stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Buy Box Strategy – Implement pricing and promotional strategies to win and maintain the Buy Box.
- Competitor & Market Analysis – Research trends, analyze competition, and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Customer Support & Engagement – Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction by responding to enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Performance Reporting & Data Analysis – Generate insights from sales data and recommend strategies for business growth.
- SEO & Listing Optimization – Improve product visibility using keyword research and marketplace algorithms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing Amazon, eBay, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of Amazon FBA & FBM operations, PPC, and SEO.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with stock management and order tracking.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and other marketplace platforms (Etsy, Tiktok, etc.) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Amazon Advertising or similar fields.
- Experience in additional digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with third-party e-commerce tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.).
