What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless sales process.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent written communication skills to engage effectively with customers through chat-based platforms.
Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and objections in real-time.
Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Comfortable working in a night shift role, with the dedication to deliver outstanding results.
A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required, and a degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
