We are seeking a Male Designer with exceptional creative skills to join our team full-time on-site. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in high-quality design and be responsible for creating a wide range of materials, including mockups, banners, social media posts, and other branding assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and visually compelling mockups for products, packaging, or branding materials.
- Design high-quality banners for websites, advertisements, and other marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging and dynamic social media posts tailored to various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Work closely with the marketing team to align designs with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Brainstorm and conceptualize new design ideas based on project requirements and market trends.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive visual storytelling across all channels.
- Prepare and deliver final design files, ensuring they meet production and printing standards.
- Maintain a library of reusable design assets for efficient project execution.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure innovative output.
Requirements:
- Experience:
o Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related role.
- Technical Skills:
o Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
o Strong typography, color theory, and layout design skills.
o Familiarity with social media platforms and their design specifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in designing social media campaigns.
- Knowledge of animation or motion graphics (optional but a plus).
- Familiarity with Faisalabad's market trends and target audience preferences.
