We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Truck Dispatcher to manage daily truck dispatch operations while maintaining strong customer relationships and driving sales opportunities. This dual-role position combines logistics planning with client interaction, ensuring timely deliveries and promoting services to maximize business growth.
Sales & Customer Service:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients placing transportation orders or inquiring about services.
Upsell transportation services and identify opportunities to expand client accounts.
Build and maintain positive client relationships through clear communication and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Provide quotes, negotiate pricing when necessary, and process client requests efficiently.
Qualifications:
6 months to + 10 years of experience in sales dispatch.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with dispatch software, GPS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
