We're looking for a creative, skilled, and highly motivated Social Media Marketing Executive who is also a talented photographer and videographer and Media Producer. This role is perfect for someone who can take full ownership of our social media presence — from content creation to editing and publishing.

Role Description:

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Indie.
Handle all photography and videography needs for the brand — including product shoots, lifestyle shots, event coverage, behind-the-scenes content, and more.
Professionally edit images and videos using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
Fully manage all company social media accounts — including content scheduling, daily posting, replying to comments/messages, and growing engagement.
Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and tone across all visual and written content.
Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, viral content formats, and implement best practices to boost visibility and engagement.

Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth), report on campaign effectiveness, and optimize future content based on insights.
Work closely with the team to brainstorm, storyboard, and execute creative campaigns aligned with marketing goals and brand identity.
Keep all media files well-organized and backed up, ensuring efficient access and usage across platforms and campaigns.

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

Proven experience in photography and videography.
Strong skills in photo editing (Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, etc.) and video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and content strategies.
Creativity, attention to detail, and strong visual storytelling skills.
Ability to work full-time from 9 AM to 6 PM.
