As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing various digital marketing campaigns and strategies to drive online brand visibility, engage with target audiences, and achieve marketing objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with the business owner to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and objectives.

Content Creation: Create and curate compelling and relevant content for various digital platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, blogs, email marketing, and websites.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and visibility.

Social Media Management: Manage and maintain company social media profiles, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. Develop content calendars, engage with the audience, and monitor social media analytics.

Email Marketing: Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with existing customers. Monitor email performance metrics and make necessary improvements. Capability to integrate with email marketing platforms like mailchimp for email automation.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and social media analytics. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Website Management: Oversee website updates, content publishing, and user experience enhancements. Ensure website is user-friendly and mobile-responsive.

Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' digital marketing efforts to identify opportunities and challenges.

Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI.

A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on various digital marketing elements (e.g., ad copy, landing pages, email subject lines) to optimize conversion rates.

Collaboration: Work closely with the business owner to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ year experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media advertising platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, email marketing software, and SEO tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
