We're looking for a skilled Product Research and Sourcing Executive to join our team and drive success in identifying lucrative opportunities and securing approvals for premium brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth market research to identify profitable and trending products for Amazon FBA.
Analyze competitors, sales trends, and market gaps to make data-driven product selection decisions.
Negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers to secure the best prices, quality, and terms to maximize profit margins.
Handle end-to-end sourcing activities, including supplier vetting, communication, and purchase order management.
Ensure compliance with Amazon FBA policies and standards for product listing, packaging, and delivery.
Manage brand approval processes with Amazon, building relationships with premium brands and ensuring seamless onboarding.
Monitor and analyze product performance, recommending strategies for inventory management and pricing optimization.
Stay updated on e-commerce and Amazon marketplace trends, adapting sourcing strategies to align with market dynamics.

Requirements:

Proven experience in product research and sourcing for Amazon FBA.
Demonstrated ability to identify high-margin products and successfully negotiate with suppliers.
Strong understanding of Amazon FBA policies and procedures, including brand approval processes.
Analytical mindset with expertise in using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of global markets, supplier networks, and import/export processes is a plus.
