We are looking for a dynamic, experienced HR Officer (Male/Female) to join our team in Multan. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on organizational growth, ethics, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in HR operations including hiring, on boarding, and employee file management.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and SOPs.
- Support performance evaluation, attendance, and disciplinary processes.
- Liaise with departments including operations, security, and hostess management.
- Maintain documentation related to employee contracts, leaves, and payroll support.
- Help plan and execute training and departmental audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in HRM, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
- Sound understanding of HR laws, compliance, and organisational ethics.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software (plus point).
