Position Overview

Ramidara Healthcare Staffing LLC (Ramidara), a prominent staffing Company in USA with its ancillary services in Toronto, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join the team. As a full-time Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and client acquisition for our staffing and immigration services. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, fostering client relationships, and developing compelling proposals to help individuals and families navigate the USA and Canadian immigration process. 

The successful candidate will be enrolled in a leading sales training/coaching course worth over $30,000 USD. This university is known for training individuals from all over the world 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a representative of Ramidara, promoting our staffing and immigration services to potential clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and your lead generation strategic efforts.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Prepare and present proposals tailored to the unique staffing and immigration needs of clients.
  • Collaborate with the business development and legal team to ensure the smooth processing of business development as well as immigration applications.
  • Stay updated on changes in Staffing requirements in USA/Canda, as well as USA and Canadian immigration laws and regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Ability to think quickly about the relevant industry to expand your network and knowledge.
  • Provide timely reports on sales activities and progress towards goals.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in a relevant sales or business development role.
  • Ability to consistently increase sales and meet or exceed targets.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Knowledge of the Canadian and American Staffing and immigration process and regulations is a plus.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant qualifications and experience.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
