You will be responsible for managing and optimizing customer interactions to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and increase brand awareness. This role requires excellent communication skills, SEO knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information about products or services.
- SEO Knowledge: Utilize knowledge of search engine optimization principles to address customer queries and provide solutions.
- Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services, meeting sales targets and enhancing customer experience.
- Data Entry: Accurately update customer information, interactions, and feedback in CRM software.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably with SEO knowledge.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
