Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
  2. Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  3. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  4. Provide service information to customers.
  5. Assist customers with tracking shipments and processing returns.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
  7. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
  8. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a customer support role.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
  4. Good English speaking and writing skills.
  5. Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
