Manager Compliance

This is a full-time on-site role as the Head of Compliance at Ravi Exchange. The Manager of Compliance will be responsible for overseeing and managing all compliance-related activities within the organization. This includes ensuring regulatory compliance, staying up-to-date with the latest regulations, implementing compliance programs and providing guidance and training to employees on compliance matters. The Manager Compliance will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies and auditors.

Qualifications

Experience in Compliance Management, including developing and implementing compliance programs
Strong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and relevant regulations
Ability to analyze complex regulatory requirements and develop strategies for compliance
Excellent analytical skills to identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation plans
Knowledge of Legal Compliance and ability to ensure adherence to legal standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
Relevant professional certifications in compliance or related field
Experience in the financial services industry, specifically in currency exchange and remittance, is a plus
