We are hiring enthusiastic Business Developers (Cold Callers) to connect with potential clients and promote our services. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for achieving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to identify potential clients.
- Deliver clear and persuasive pitches about our services.
- Schedule meetings with interested prospects.
- Follow up with leads to build long-term relationships.
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Sales or cold-calling experience is a plus.
- Skills: Strong English communication, confidence, and adaptability.
- Mindset: Goal-driven, proactive, and results-focused.
