- Collaborate closely with the incumbent CEO to gain a deep understanding of the organization’s vision, strategies, and operations.
- Support in core operational functions, including programme delivery, fund development, compliance, and stakeholder management.
- Develop and implement strategies aligned with the organization’s mission and long-term goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure sustained and increased funding.
- Plan and implement initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness, sustainability, and overall impact.
- Represent the organization at high-profile engagements and strategic meetings.
- Transition into the CEO role following the designated period, contingent upon demonstrated performance and successful tenure as Deputy CEO.
