We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Real Estate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn. This role requires managing multiple client accounts, ensuring campaign effectiveness, controlling budgets, and scaling results through strategic media buying. The specialist will focus on driving lead generation and eCommerce real estate campaigns by leveraging data insights and marketing best practices to maximize return on investment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and develop funnel strategies tailored specifically for lead generation and eCommerce real estate clients. Analyze campaign performance metrics regularly and make data-driven adjustments to targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve outcomes. Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, and calls-to-action to enhance click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates. Collaborate closely with designers and content creators to produce high-performing ad creatives that resonate with target audiences. Generate detailed weekly and monthly performance reports utilizing Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other analytics tools. Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to maintain campaign effectiveness. Manage advertising budgets across multiple clients, ensuring maximum ROI within allocated spend limits. Set up tracking mechanisms such as Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and custom event triggers to monitor campaign success accurately.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns on major digital platforms. A proven track record with a strong portfolio demonstrating key performance indicators such as cost per lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), CTR, and conversions is essential. Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is required. Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tagging, and basic funnel strategy concepts is expected. Strong analytical skills and fluency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis are necessary. A basic understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) is advantageous. The ability to manage multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously with excellent organizational skills is critical. Clear and effective written and verbal communication abilities are also important.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
