PKR. 90,000 - 150,000/Month
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of the Company's strategy, mission and vision in the assigned territory
- Ensuring growth and fulfillment of sales plans in all distribution channels in the assigned territory of responsibility (including shipment plans, secondary sales plans, and sales plans for local retail chains shipped from distributors, wholesale, and retail customers);
- Ensuring the fulfillment of goals and objectives in accordance with established quantitative and qualitative indicators;
- Participation in determining the assortment policy;
- Participation in the planning and forecasting process;
- Development of all distribution channels and market segments in the assigned territory.
- Expansion of the active customer base
- Managing the distributor club in the assigned territory
- Maintaining statistics on the fulfillment of sales plans, actual sales and shipments by distribution channels, customers, and by assortment;
- Initiating, organizing, and coordinating issues with the legal service in the event of legal disputes between clients and the Organization;
- Ensuring effective cross-functional interaction with all services and departments for successful, effective, constructive joint work to achieve the goals of the Organization.
Requirements:
- Experience in FMCG business development 5 years
- English fluent
