We are looking for an organized and results-driven E-commerce Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online retail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive e-commerce sales. As an E-commerce Executive, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our online store and improving the overall customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Platform Management:Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.), ensuring products are listed accurately and updated regularly.
  • Product Management:Upload and manage product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and availability. Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are displayed correctly.
  • Order Fulfillment & Customer Service:Oversee order processing, ensure timely fulfillment, and address customer queries or complaints regarding online orders. Ensure smooth returns and exchanges, providing excellent customer service.
  • Website & User Experience Optimization:Work closely with the web development team to enhance the website’s functionality and user experience, ensuring a smooth shopping experience for customers.
  • Sales & Performance Monitoring:Monitor e-commerce performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and sales. Generate reports and recommend strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Marketing & Promotions:Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute online promotional campaigns, sales events, and discounts. Create content for promotions, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis:Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Suggest new opportunities to expand sales channels and product offerings.
  • SEO & Digital Marketing Support:Assist in SEO optimization for product pages, and support digital marketing efforts, including email marketing, paid ads, and social media campaigns to drive traffic to the e-commerce site.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
