The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing, creating, and executing the company’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage with the community, and drive business growth. This individual will work closely with the marketing and content teams to curate and manage content that resonates with our audience while staying aligned with the company’s goals and vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to align with company objectives and target audience.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage daily social media activities, including posts, responses, and interactions with followers.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay updated and enhance engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create campaigns and content that promote the company’s products/services.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and suggest improvements based on data.
- Manage online communities and engage with followers to increase loyalty and brand advocacy.
- Collaborate with influencers and external partners for promotional campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.
- Stay informed on the latest social media trends, best practices, and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and content creation.
- Knowledge of social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
