Job Title: E-Commerce Executive

An E-Commerce Executive is responsible for managing online sales, optimizing product listings, and ensuring a seamless digital shopping experience. They coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to boost revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Online Store Management

Maintain and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc.).
Optimize product descriptions, images, and prices for better visibility and conversions.
Ensure a smooth and responsive website user experience.

Sales & Marketing

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).
Analyze sales trends and develop strategies to improve revenue.
Manage promotions, discounts, and seasonal sales events.

Customer Experience & Support

Monitor and improve the customer journey from browsing to checkout.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
Work on return and refund processes to maintain a high customer satisfaction rate.

Inventory & Order Management

Coordinate with suppliers and warehouses for stock management.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Reduce order cancellations and out-of-stock issues.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms to track performance.
Generate reports on website traffic, conversion rates, and sales growth.
Identify gaps and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
