What you'll Do
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospects in the USA (B2B/B2C, depending on niche).
- Close deals for [Web Development, App Development, SaaS, digital marketing packages, consulting].
- Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and build rapport with decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead lists and sales scripts.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets (e.g., "Close 15+ deals/month").
Ideal Candidate
- Proven Sales Closer: 1+ years of experience in outbound sales/cold calling, preferably in Web Development, SaaS, Seo, Digital Marketing
- Track Record: Demonstrated success meeting/exceeding sales quotas (e.g., "Closed $100K+ in deals annually").
Skills:
- Mastery of consultative selling and objection handling.
- Confident communicator with a persuasive phone presence.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-driven.
Qualifications
- 1+ years in telemarketing, customer service, or digital marketing.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing
- Ability to provide training and support to clients
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
