Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via phone to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Promote and sell products/services based on customer requirements
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
- Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs
- Uphold a positive, professional attitude and team spirit
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment
- Previous call center or sales experience is a plus
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to multitask
