Job Responsibilities
Call center agents will be responsible for
- Making outbound calls.
- Provide customer services.
- Make relevant notes from customer interactions
- Follow-up on customer calls
Qualifications
- Education: Freshers and Experienced both can apply.
- Intermediate and bachelors.
- Timings(Cable TV CSR): 8 PM to 4 AM.
Salary for Cable TV CSR
- 20k to 60k (Including incentives and bonuses)
- 3k bonus (Per Sale)
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- A patient and empathetic attitude
- Basic computer skills
