We are looking for a seasoned Sales & Tender Officer for Oil & Gas and Energy Industry

Key Responsibilities:

Tender Preparation:
- Analyze tender documents, specifications, and requirements to identify key deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, technical, finance, legal) to gather relevant information.
- Draft and format tender responses, ensuring high-quality and professional presentation.
Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain tender documentation, including technical proposals, pricing, and compliance statements.
- Ensure all documents meet the required standards and deadlines.
Liaison and Coordination:
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to clarify tender requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for tender-related correspondence.
Compliance and Review:
- Ensure all submissions comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
- Perform quality checks and review all documents for accuracy and consistency.
- Identify risks and propose solutions to meet tender requirements.
Market Research:
- Monitor tender opportunities through various platforms and channels.
- Conduct competitor analysis and research industry standards to improve bid success rates.
Follow-up:
- Track the status of submitted tenders and maintain follow-up until final decisions.
- Coordinate post-tender presentations or negotiations as required.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular updates and reports on tender activities and outcomes.
- Analyze win/loss ratios and feedback to improve future submissions.

We welcome a candidate with excellent communication skills and client management skills, having 5 years of solid experience in the same field of the construction sector.
