Assist DMS in coordinating and supervising medical, paramedical, and nursing staff.Oversee wards, ICU, OT, and ensure compliance with medical procedures and patient care standards.Manage staff schedules, leave approvals, and ensure adherence to hospital policies and RMI decorum.Handle patient preparation for surgery, coordinate with departments, and address patient complaints in consultation with DMS
