We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our outbound team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and driving sales growth within our call center. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the growth of our company while enhancing your career in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients via outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for senior management.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs by converting prospects into clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries effectively.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a call center, sales, or business development role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with clients at all levels and build rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is a must.
- Prior experience in B2B sales or lead generation is a plus.
