As a Helper / Internet Technician, you’ll be an essential part of our tech team, assisting with internet system maintenance, troubleshooting, and cable router installations. You will ensure our networks are running efficiently, help with internet setup, and resolve any technical issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for internet-related issues and troubleshoot problems.
- Install cable routers and assist with networking equipment (routers, modems, etc.) to ensure proper setup and functionality.
- Help with website and server setups to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Monitor network performance and address any issues promptly.
- Document technical solutions and procedures for future reference.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (or equivalent); technical certification or degree is a plus.
- Basic understanding of internet technologies and networking.
- Experience with cable router installation is required.
- Previous experience in technical support or IT roles is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
