As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, ensuring accuracy, and providing critical support in the preparation of financial statements. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting operations and assisting with month-end and year-end processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and account reconciliations.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
  • Support external audits and prepare necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance,
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, including Xero and Microsoft Excel, is a must.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
