We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Virtual Assistant to join our team! If you have excellent English communication skills (neutral or good accent is a plus), experience with administrative tasks, and familiarity with platforms like GoHighLevel, Trello, and other project management tools, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CRM tools like GoHighLevel for client follow-ups and automation.
  • Organize and track tasks using Trello and similar project management tools.
  • Handle emails, schedule appointments, and coordinate with teams.
  • Assist with customer support, chat handling, and basic client communication.
  • Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and perform light data entry tasks.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  •  Fluent English speaker (A neutral or well-spoken accent is a plus).
  • Experience with tools like GoHighLevel, Trello, Google Suite, Slack, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work in EST timezone (US hours).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
