You will play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for outbound customer calls to generate estimates, nurture client relationships, coordinate with clients for schedules, coordinate with crews for fulfilment and maintain business MIS / trackers. This role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect & Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, social media, etc.)
  • Sales Development: Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and drive customers to schedule an estimate with estimators.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct virtual sales presentations and product demos via video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
  • Negotiation & Closing: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to schedule estimate while meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using Excel and CRM.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with SEO, production and estimation teams to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Customer Feedback: Obtain customers reviews to ascertain performance level and to improve offerings and provide valuable feedback to internal teams

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a remote environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Clear, persuasive, and professional phone etiquette.
  • Ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Proficient with productivity tools like Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative, virtual team.
  •  Comfortable with tech tools and virtual meeting platforms.
  •  Experience in Construction / Home Renovation industry is a plus (optional).
