Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team and help us identify and hire top talent for the American market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the U.S. labor landscape, strong networking skills, and the ability to connect with diverse candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop accurate job descriptions.
Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure they align with company values and requirements.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date applicant tracking system (ATS).
Provide an excellent candidate experience by communicating regularly and keeping candidates informed throughout the hiring process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the IT sector.
Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
