We are looking for a skilled with expertise in Mozzarella cheese production. The ideal candidate must have a BS or MPhil in Dairy Technology and possess in-depth knowledge of cheese-making processes, quality control, and production management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Cheddar,Mozzarella and cheese production system
- Ensure quality control and adherence to industry standards
- Optimize production efficiency and maintain consistency in product quality
- Implement and monitor hygiene and safety protocols
- Coordinate with the team to enhance workflow and productivity
Requirements:
- BS/MPhil in Dairy Technology
- Proven experience in Mozzarella cheese manufacturing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage production processes and staff efficiently
