Main Job Responsibilities:

Prepare Annual Research Agenda of the Organization as per Program priorities and immediate needs.
Conduct socio-economic impact assessments of the interventions specifically when required
Design and conduct baseline studies, surveys and other required studies as and when required by the organization in collaboration with program staff.
Facilitate organizational evaluations including but not limited to the evaluations of projects and programs
Facilitate execution of Participatory Result Based Management (RBM) System in all functional of the organization as per SOPs.
Designing of the performance indicators and monitoring tools to assess the performance of various projects/programs/activities carried out by the organization.
Ensure use and updating of RDF MIS System with regard to M&E, Research, Communication and Database of RDF Projects.
