Senior Mobile Automation Testing Engineer

As the Mobile Automation Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated testing frameworks and processes for both iOS and Android applications. You’ll take ownership of testing from scratch, ensuring our mobile apps are reliable, high-quality, and built to scale. This role offers the chance to have a direct impact while growing into a leadership position as we expand.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and implement mobile test automation frameworks and strategies for iOS and Android apps.
Write and maintain automated test scripts, ensuring comprehensive coverage of critical workflows.
Define and establish best practices for mobile testing, including CI/CD integration, performance testing, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure seamless testing processes.
Identify areas for optimization in existing workflows and proactively drive improvements.
Mentor and guide other team members as the team grows, stepping into a leadership role over time.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in building and managing mobile testing frameworks for iOS and Android from scratch.
Strong hands-on skills in test automation tools (e.g., Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, or similar).
Solid programming skills (e.g., Java, Kotlin, Swift, or Python) and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
A track record of problem-solving, ownership, and a desire to lead and take initiative.
Ambition to grow into a leadership role, with a focus on setting direction and driving results.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a collaborative mindset.
