We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Retail Sales Auditor to ensure accuracy and compliance in our retail sales processes. The successful candidate will review sales transactions, identify discrepancies, and implement process improvements to drive business efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Audit sales transactions: Review sales data, receipts, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

2. Identify discrepancies: Investigate and resolve discrepancies, errors, or irregularities in sales transactions.

3. Analyze sales data: Analyze sales trends, patterns, and anomalies to identify opportunities for process improvements.

4. Implement process improvements: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and improve sales operations.

5. Maintain records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of audit findings, recommendations, and implementations.

Requirements:

1. Attention to detail: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

2. Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

3. Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

4. Experience: Previous experience in auditing, accounting, or a related field.
