As a Recruitment Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our clients’ job search journeys—offering personalized guidance, tailored strategies, and hands-on application support.

Note: This is not an HR role. It’s a client-facing position focused on helping job seekers land interviews and offers, not internal company recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients—understand their career goals, job preferences, and market fit.

Strategy & Planning: Design customized job search strategies to help clients stand out.

Job Applications: Conduct job searches, tailor resumes/cover letters, submit applications, and track progress.

Interview Support: Notify clients of interview calls, schedule sessions, and assist with preparation.

Ongoing Support: Share relevant resources, provide feedback, and offer coaching throughout the hiring process.

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory
Strategic thinking and a client-centric mindset
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
Comfortable using tools to track applications and client status

Compensation
