Corporate Financial Strategy
Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies for the real estate division
Lead capital raising initiatives (debt/equity) for projects worth PKR 50 B+
Optimize capital structure and investment decisions across the portfolio
Oversee all financial operations across multiple project sites
Implement best-in-class financial controls and reporting systems
Drive financial digital transformation initiatives
Cultivate relationships with international and domestic investors
Negotiate with financial institutions for project financing
Lead due diligence processes for joint ventures and partnerships
Establish robust risk management frameworks for large-scale developments
Ensure compliance with SECP, FBR, IFRS, and international standards
Oversee corporate governance and financial ethics
Build and mentor a high-performance finance organization
Foster culture of financial excellence and accountability
Implement leadership development programs
