• To receive all landline and mobile calls on time & respond to all clients on call.
  • To greet all clients at reception and attend them as per standard procedures.
  • To handle walk-in clients and providing information about their desired services.
  • To identify the client budget and offer her a package as per her budget.
  • To convince clients to avail services with the impression they are having best value for their money.
  • To generate client slips after initial discussion.
  • Accurate client data entry in software on daily basis.
  • To update manual booking register on daily basis.
  • To reconcile all invoices with accounts officer at day end for cash reconciliation.
  • To prepare client appointments list on daily basis for next day and communicate hod one day before.
  • To listen & resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide required information.
  • To greet customers when entering and leaving establishment & ask their experience.
  • To maintain clean and tidy front desk & client waiting areas.
  • Responsible to pleasantly deal with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Responsible for any other tasks assigned by the management.
