Senior Supervisor Accounts / Finance

We are seeking a Karachi-based candidate to join our team (preferably immediately) as Senior Supervisor and manage the accounts department for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and leadership to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance for our clients.

Requirements:

Qualifications: M.Com/MBA. Professional qualification in progress shall be preferred. B.Com with compensating experience may be considered.
Experience: 4-5 years in the finance and accounts department or a similar role in a professional practice with 2 years in a supervisory role.
Knowledge: Accounting principles, accounting software, banking matters, income and sales tax procedures.
IT proficiency: Experience in using accounting software (Xero shall be preferred). Advanced skills in Excel.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accounting system/software; setup, users, chart of accounts, accounting procedures, and reports
Lead finance operations and supervise staff. Financial controlling for instance follow up of receivables, monitoring fund positions, planning payables, and handling banking matters
Review and approve financial transactions; purchases, sales, payroll, cash, and bank transactions ensuring accurate bookkeeping and financial records as well as compliance with income and tax laws
Prepare financial statements and management accounts/reports
Coordination with customers, suppliers, and banks for the resolution of issues
Receive, respond, implement or address queries and directions from the business owners/directors in coordination and as advised by the Principal Consultant

Salary: Up to PKR 120,000 per month
