Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Have a deep understanding of the sales process & working knowledge of using a CRM.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Be fluent in English or other languages.
Team Player

Education:

Minimum Education Bachelors in (Marketing or Mass-communication).
