Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential customers, including bakeries and other SMEs, to promote and sell Rocket Scoolha's biomass burner solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing product demonstrations, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to enhance product offerings and address customer feedback.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector or related industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
