We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our restaurant's team.
The primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining Daily Vendor Ledgers: Ensure accurate records of all transactions with vendors.
- Preparing Daily and Monthly Reports: Provide financial updates and insights on cash flow, expenses, and income.
- Daily Audits with the Manager: Collaborate with the manager to ensure all financial records are in order.
- Preparing Cash Flow Statements & Expense Reports: Keep track of all inflows and outflows and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Tracking Cash Inflows and Outflows: Accurately record and monitor daily transactions.
- Auditing Foodpanda Orders: Perform daily audits of Foodpanda orders to ensure accuracy in billing and reporting.
- Handling Additional Accounting Tasks: Perform any additional accounting-related duties assigned by the manager.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and terminology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in maintaining ledgers.
- Organized and adept at preparing and presenting financial reports.
- Experience in managing cash flow, and auditing financial records.
- Ability to work onsite for 6 hours daily, from 2 PM to 8 PM.
Salary Package: 30,000- 35,000 PKR per month.
Job Type: Part-time (6-hour shift, On-site)
Working Hours: 2 PM – 8 PM
