Operations Management:

Plan and manage day-to-day operations of the hydroponic farm, including planting, cultivation, harvesting, and post-harvest activities.
Monitor and maintain the hydroponic systems, including nutrient management, water quality, and pH levels.
Implement irrigation and fertigation schedules, adjusting them as necessary based on crop needs and environmental conditions.
Oversee pest and disease management strategies, ensuring the implementation of integrated pest management practices.
Maintain accurate records of crop production, resource usage, and environmental parameters.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
Proven experience in hydroponic farming, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
In-depth knowledge of hydroponic systems, nutrient management, and crop production techniques.
Strong understanding of plant physiology, pest and disease management, and irrigation principles.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality control standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
